Shipping Status

An update from the fulfillment warehouse. The crew is packing/shipping rewards as quickly as they can, and we're seeing reports that some of you are receiving tracking info. A few important notes:

• International. Rewards are now waiting for the freight company; we'll post an update later this week when we can verify that the international rewards have shipped.
• Distribution. We're also waiting on the freight company.
• U.S. Rewards. Some have mailed. If you're getting the I Want It All package, those are shipping first and then any add-ons that you may have selected will follow in a separate package. Darryll and the fulfillment team have identified that the workload will go smoother -- and rewards arrive in better condition -- if multiple shipments are used instead of one.

And that's all of the news for now. Please be patient; the team officially started mailing rewards yesterday, and your delivery time will be influenced by your choices in BackerKit, your distance from the warehouse, and the complexities of shipping. We will post an update when all rewards have shipped.

Address Update?

NOTE: This only affects those of you who submitted an incorrect address or one that has changed. If your address is still what it was, you're all good and just have to wait patiently for your box.

Darryll has landed in Michigan and reports all is well (if a little colder than in Austin). He also left a comment on this project that deserves to be blasted out:

"If there are any last minute address updates, you have less than 14 hours to message in with a new address. We don’t want to send a big box to The wrong place.

Containers Arrived!

Last week, three containers loaded with The Fantasy Trip reached our fulfillment warehouse in Michigan.

Today, Darryll is flying out to Michigan so that he can be at the warehouse for the first days of the rewards packing and shipping.

Tomorrow, the warehouse starts work on the international rewards, packing everything so that it can be shipped out to our fulfillment partners in Canada and the UK.

Once the international rewards are handled, the warehouse will ship the distribution inventory to our primary warehouse in Atlanta. The Legacy Edition is expected in stores late in April.

Once the distribution shipment is away, the warehouse will pack and mail the U.S. rewards, which should start to reach backers the week of March 25th.

Thank you, everyone, for your patience as the team mails out the rewards just as quickly as they can manage. There's a lot to box up and ship, and we will update you when we have news on their progress.

Decks of Destiny

If you were a supporter of the Hexagram campaign (preorder today), then you've already read Steve's article about the upcoming Decks of Destiny Kickstarter project. Hundreds of cards for use with The Fantasy Trip, ranging from characters to rumors to treasures to even more great tools for the GM, Decks of Destiny is coming along nicely and was a part of our presentations to retailers yesterday at the GAMA show in Reno. 

Overall, retailer response to the game has been incredible! Many of them were a little surprised at the size of the Legacy Edition box -- one lucky retailer is taking home our presentation copy at the end of the show -- and we're very much looking forward to your reaction when you receive your rewards.

We'll have more news on Decks of Destiny in the near future, and we'll be sure to announce the Kickstarter project just as soon as everything is ready to go!
