New Facebook Goal: 14-Hex Dragon Counter!

We have a surprise for you today: If we reach 750 shares of this Facebook post, we will add a new 14-hex dragon counter -- illustrated by Liz Danforth! -- to the Legacy Edition box.
At the moment, the post is at 528 shares, meaning that we have about two days to collect over 200 more shares. Please, everyone, get out there and spread the word and let's get that dragon counter unlocked before the project closes on Friday.

Extra set of Melee counter sheets. Four sheets, each double-sided. $5 add-on.
Extra set of Wizard counter sheets. Four sheets, each double-sided. $5 add-on.
Extra set of Death Test/Death Test 2 counter sheets. Three sheets, each double-sided. $4 add-on.
That's a lot of extra counters!

Our friends at Monte Cook Games have their own Kickstarter project coming to a close later this week, and for those of you GMs who are in search of advice, Your Best Game Ever! is a tool book that you'll want to check out! I've personally backed this one, and I think that you should take a little time to review the Kickstarter page. That's a lot of info packed into a single title, and from several experienced designers!

$235,000 Unlocked, Add-On Update, and Green Ronin's The Expanse Roleplaying Game

Great work, team! With the $235,000 stretch goal down -- and already posted at thefantasytrip.game -- we can turn our attention to the next stretch goal as we work toward that $300,000 goal: the Melee/Wizard Pocket Box!
Add-On Update
With the project closing in on the finish line, we wanted to take a few moments to highlight a few of the add-on items that can expand your game.
Extra PDFs - At $30/each, this add-on grants you an extra of the $25 reward, delivered after the BackerKit surveys close to any one email address of your choice. Are you a GM looking to build a TFT campaign? By adding on this PDF extra, you can gift the complete PDF to one of your players. PDF rewards will be delivered through Warehouse 23, so be sure you and your players have an account there so that it is easy to download the files again and again if something goes wrong with your gaming device.
The Fantasy Trip Companion (softcover) - Those of you at the I Want It All reward level are already getting the Companion as part of your rewards. Everyone else, especially those of you who have selected the $60 Legacy Edition reward, will want to add $15 to your pledge to secure the Companion in print. And, just so you're aware, the Companion PDF is a part of that $25 reward (and the $30 PDF add-on).
Megahexes - $15 gets you a duplicate of the megahex sheets that are included in the Legacy Edition, which will allow you to construct much larger dungeons and battlefields.
Dice! - Every gamer needs more dice, and this $2 add-on will secure you more of the red pearlized acrylic and blue pearlized acrylic Melee and Wizard dice. If you need a lot of dice (don't we all?), you can add multiples of this to your pledge.
Green Ronin's The Expanse Roleplaying Game
In other Kickstarter news, our friends at Green Ronin are closing in on the final hours of their overwhelmingly popular project for The Expanse Roleplaying Game. Close to 5,000 backers! Almost $350,000 in support! Fans of the James S.A. Corey award-winning series of science fiction novels won't want to miss out on this AGE-driven roleplaying game. I count over a dozen unlocked stretch goals, and in my experience, the team at Green Ronin creates incredible and entertaining games that are always a treat.

That's another two goals down! After your support yesterday, we have unlocked:
$230,000 - We’ll make the font larger, AND make room for a bit more art, by increasing In the Labyrinth to 176 pages.
BGG - 400 Wizard Fans - We will print a random dungeon generation drop table on the inside lid of the Legacy Edition box.
And fantastic timing on unlocking those two goals as we go into the final days of the Kickstarter project! That $230,000 stretch goal falling was a trigger for our team, and we're now ready to reveal the $300,000 stretch goal: An eighties-style Pocket Box combining the Melee and Wizard games, using classic-sized maps and counters, and featuring new cover art by Liz Danforth!
Pocket Box mockup not final. NOTE: The plastic box will be inspired-by the eighties box, not identical to the eighties box.
If met, we will produce this combined Melee/Wizard Pocket Box game and pack it at no extra charge into the I Want It All reward level. And for those of you who need extras, if the Pocket Box is unlocked, we will also open it up as an add-on item.
We're in our final days of the project, so there's not much time left to unlock that $300,000 stretch goal. Please get out there into the wilds of the web and tell everyone about the return of The Fantasy Trip!

Poster Maps Unlocked!!!

Now packed inside the Legacy Edition box: Two 17" x 22" poster maps, each illustrated by Rick Hershey. These maps, folded to fit inside the box, will be printed in full-color; both will also be printed (at a smaller size and in B&W) inside In the Labyrinth, so you won't have to transport the posters to every game session to get a close look at the maps. And since both will also be included in the PDF reward, those of you using tablets at your gaming sessions can take these full-color maps with you everywhere!
Also, as requested, we have opened a new add-on: An extra copy of the two maps for $8 (for the set). If you need extra copies at the table or want copies to frame and hang in your gaming room, now is your chance. Add $8 to your current pledge and, when completing your survey on BackerKit next month, you'll be able to select the posters as a single add-on.
